Moth Lawton, the Diary of a Moth, is a short prose and poetic tale of a young woman dealing with the demons of her past. She retrospects her life-path in the writings of her personal diary, and gradually pieces together her experiences as a collective of processes of growing into a sentient and wise woman with extraordinary mental and spiritual gifts.

The first drawing was something I sketched with a pencil on a drawing pad. Later, I Photoshopped it. Again, I revised the image with a close-up and darkening of the image for a modest book cover.

What appeals to me most about Moth (Elizabeth Lawton)--and I hope my readers find her as attractive as I do--is her ability to accept the mysterious for what it is: a mystery. Moreover, the character is presented with some very serious problems in the spirit world, inter-dimensional beings, and poltergeist activities, while very young, and she takes it upon herself to resolve the issues of her past. She's not the type of woman to go around blaming other people for her problems, though she certain would have the right to do so. Instead, she's a heroic woman struggling with problems  that we don't learn to deal with in any of societies institutions.
